Ann Arbor Ultimate plays using the 10th Edition rules, with some modifications. Find the league you are playing

- Dropped pull - A dropped pull is not a turnover, but the defense gets to set up
- Foot blocks - no foot blocks within 2 meters (thats around 6 feet) of the thrower
- Gender Match - Offense sets, Defense matches. Try to agree on a general number/rule with the other captain before the game. In no event are women required to play the entire game just to meet this rule (unless she/they want to).

- Interference - As a reminder, discs contacting something outside of the field of play (the sides of the dome) are a turnover, where ever they hit.
